Libby doesn't get to play with crayons very often (she'll be 17 months this week). But this morning she got her little hands on the whole tub o' crayons. I let her play with them because when I saw her, she was using them correctly. She had found a little note pad & was attempting to doodle! Sure, she also sneaked in some tastes, but for the most part she was being really good with them.
I just quietly watched (& snapped away) as she rummaged through the tub looking at all the colors, doodled & got herself acquainted with the crayons. It was so precious.
Wouldn't these look cool framed in her room or in my studio?
