Riveting, isn't it ...

Totally captivating ... that's what this post is.
It will produce a record-breaking number of comments.
You are on the edge of your seat, I just know it ...
But we must be patient.  You know how snail-mail is.  It could be 2 weeks 'til I get the part in.

My 9 year old Cuisinart "Duet" [Blender & Food Processor] broke.  The "clutch" [black piece] completely melted.  I don't even use it that much ... which is why I hated to have to throw it in the landfill & spend $100-185 to buy a new one.  I knew it would even be costly to package, ship & insure it in order to get serviced by their repairmen.  I did a little research on the internet & made a call to the company ... and by signing a waiver [that I will be doing maintenance on their product & don't hold them liable if I break it more or injure myself] & mailing in $6.00, I should have it back in working order.

Soon I can add Blender & Food Processor Clutch Repairwoman to my resumè.  Stay tuned ... send me an e-mail if you want to be alerted when it's been fixed and/or my new post is up announcing it.  Here are some more photos for those of you who haven't gotten your fill.  I totally read your mind.  Speaking of ... these photos will blow your mind.

YOU are WELCOME.  :)
