Sometimes as a person or a business-owner you can second guess yourself & your choices. Looking at these pictures of Libby applying her make-up, I notice some things.
Her confidence. She never once wavered. She believed in what she was doing even though she had never done it before. And if she heard me giggling at her, she sure didn't care.
Careful planning. I can see in her eyes that even though she has the freedom to go wherever she wants, she is carefully planning where each mark goes. I know it might not look like it ... but look at her concentration. :) She hardly made a peep.
Lastly, I can see that she is excited and honored at just the opportunity to create. I love that.
I thought this was a great way to sum up the busy & exciting week I've had. Earlier this week I mailed in an application for a local holiday boutique {stay tuned for more info}. I also decided to start advertising on one of my favorite daily reads, Knack Studios {you can see my button on the right hand side}. Last but not least, Lindsay {from Paint•Me•A•Picture} featured me on her blog today. So sweet of her ... and I am totally flattered she called me "inspiring".
Bold, but well-thought out decisions. And happy.
This week has me feeling like I have purple paint all over my cheek. ;)
