Last week, I decided I wanted a pennant banner to hang off my table at the Christmas Fair! I've always thought they were super cute.

{{Sorry, there really isn't a "Sale". :) Although I have a few things marked down on Etsy, so I guess technically there is.}}
I think they are sooooo cute in a little girl's room, hung up as a party decoration, playroom, craft fair table, etc.
I started to think about the way I wanted to look. I had a short time frame to work with. Ummm I believe my Christmas Fair was the next day. [Checked - yes, I actually did make these the day before] Anyway, I thought to myself... fabric? Hmmm...Do I work with fabrics? No. So it didn't seem right to make it with fabrics. What do I work with? Canvas & Paint. *BINGO* A light bulb went off. I got my canvas, my paints & I got to work painting my beloved ROSE pattern, some stripes, etc. Then as I could see my design taking shape, I thought "This is going to be too cute. {in my head I'm not too humble apparently} What if someone wants to buy this? I can't sell it... I'd want to keep it." So I decided to make more...
All the pennants are hand-painted & sprayed with a sealer. I then glued & sewed them onto a ribbon. I was thrilled with the results. I can't wait to make more... {when I find the time}
