My little sister Leah had a Birthday on Tuesday [day before mine]. She turned 30 ... so I really wanted to get her a special gift. Her gift was 2-part ... part from a clothing store & part from Etsy. I found this shop, Botanical Bird & just LOVED their pieces. I think they're just the perfect mix of nature, simplicity & color. I have a few that I've hearted for myself, but I thought that this one {above} was just perfect for Leah. I was right. She LOVED it & even adored the cute packaging that I was offered complimentary.
Well ... I had 6 sales yesterday. Six. Record, I think, for a week much less a day. So, I am this close {that's a centimeter} to putting this one {here} above in my cart & making it mine. You know, to celebrate my day yesterday. I love it ... even though I am NOT a necklace person. Or ...
... this one {here}.
Even though I am not a necklace person. :)
I don't know what to do about this identity crisis.

I think that you are just now getting to that stage in life where you can wear necklaces and not have little hands grab them and try to choke you. :) I think you should treat yourself. They were gorgeous!
I think you should "go for it", too. The nice thing about necklaces is you don't have to worry about needing a manicure like with bracelets and rings.
Go 6! How nice. And become a necklace person. I am a necklace addict, though since having a baby who eats them all I haven't worn any of them :) These are great.
